Peace Book It is the time for us to sing the song of Peace. It is the time for us to sing it together. You and I have known Peace before; we will know it again. Open your mind and listen to my message. Listen to the message of all mankind. Listen for the song of Peace and when you hear it, let your voice join with us. We bring you glad tidings. This is the time for Peace to reign over all the Earth. I have come to open the door. Are you in anguish? Are you frustrated? Is your world one of confusion? Think, Why is it that way? What has happened to cause this to occur? Is it your wish to have this be a way of life? Do you want to live in discomfort? I cannot believe it is so. You, like all people, yearn for Peace and calm.. You seek safety and comfort. Who will give you these things? Who will you turn to, to be saved? Perhaps you can turn to the one who created this turmoil. Perhaps this person will save you. Let us see if we can find him. Is it the bankers where you have put your money? Is it the teachers who seek to give you wisdom? Is it your parents, who gave you life? Or is it you? Who can make Peace with your friends? Who can find the keys to happiness for you? There must be someone or something. Do you believe this, or do you believe there is no happiness for you? Do you believe the fates have decided you will forever be unhappy? Let us ask a question, Why are you here on this Earth? Stop reading for a moment and think of this question. What is your answer? I will tell you my answer. Either you chose to be here or I put you here. Well, if you chose to be here, did you choose to come here to be unhappy? Did you come here to suffer pain and anguish? Would you choose to go to prison right now, if you were given the choice between prison or a happy and Peaceful place? If you would choose happiness and Peace now, why would you have chosen to come here to experience pain and frustration? Perhaps you think I sent you here to learn some lesson which you must learn and the lesson involves pain and suffering? I assure you it is not so. I have only ever wished for one thing for you. That is happiness. Well, if you have not chosen frustration and I have wished only happiness, where does the turmoil in your life come from? IT COMES FROM YOU. You created it. You made it so you could suffer. Why would you do such a thing? Why would you choose suffering over Peace? Let us look for the answer together. We have come to a turning point. Do you go back or do you go forward? What is your answer? If you choose to go forward, I will go with you. If you choose to stay as you are, then I cannot help you now. But, I will be ready to help you when you call on me. Peace is the rightful state of all who come here to this Earth. It is the way I meant you to be. Yet you choose to be in turmoil and frustration. You do this to make yourself different. You think that by being SEPARATED from others you will be most successful. This separation is the gift you seek to give yourself. You give it by choosing to be apart from all people. Why do you choose to be separate? You choose it to be unique. To be special. Did not your mother tell you, you were special? Did not your friends tell you that you were different. Did you not tell yourself that you were not like the others? All these things have been told to you and you have believed them. It is natural you would believe them. It is the way of man in these days. We will attempt to change this together. But here you find yourself, separate and different from all others. Do you derive pleasure from being special? Do you derive pleasure from being different? Do you wish to be so special you are alone? Let us ask the Hawk. Do you wish to be alone? Let us ask any of the animals, Do you wish to be alone? Let us ask mankind, Do you wish to be alone? If you choose aloneness, as it is your right to choose, you choose separation from your brothers and from me. Do you think this will bring you happiness? It will, if happiness is to be found in aloneness. Where is your happiness to be found? Do you wish to be alone forever, or do you choose to be among the family of man. Do you choose brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, or do you choose the top of a mountain with no trails up or down? The mountain is beautiful and pleasant for a time. Forever is a long time. But, even if you choose to be separated from your brothers today, this choice is not forever. You can choose to come home at any time. You can choose to give up frustration and find happiness at anytime. All you have to do is to choose. I will help you the rest of the way. Find the Peace within you. It is there. It is your right to live in Peace. It is your right to give Peace to all mankind. As you find Peace, you will lead the way for others to find it also. Would you wish Peace for all mankind? If so, seek it for yourself, and when you have it, you can give it to others. You cannot give what you do not possess. Let us learn together. Let us seek the truth in these pages. The truth is here; I have put it here. Will you read of the truth and change your life? For surely the knowledge of the truth will change you forever. You will know your right to Peacefulness. You will know your bond with your fellow man and with me. Will you take this journey with me? This is my plan. It is the prayer of all people in their hearts. The plan is to give you all you ask for. That is all I have ever done. From the time I thought you, I have given you all you have asked for. Did you ask for love? Did you ask for Peace? No, you asked for dominion over all things, including your brothers. You asked for the power of life and death over them. You asked for the control of food and shelter. When you asked, so also did all others. Some were stronger, some weaker, and the strong took dominion over their brothers. And the host of man came to know fear. Fear was in the hearts of all and all yearned for the power to vanquish their brothers. You did not ask for the power to grant Peace; you asked for revenge. This messenger asks for Peace. He asks for all of you. He would give you the gift of Peace. Listen to these words and through him I shall give it to you. The gift of Peace comes not from the power to rule. It comes not from strength of the body. It comes from within. Seek Peace within yourself and you will be able to grant it to all men. Listen to my Son. He has spoken to you in many works. Listen to those who speak for Peace and truth, but most of all, listen to yourself. Listen and you will hear the noise you have created. You will hear the quest for power and revenge within yourself. Now listen to an even deeper sound; it is the sound of Peace. It is faint in you, but it is there. Try to look further within and find the sounds for Peace. They will not shout; they will whisper. But, the whisper will bring you Joy. This is how you will know the sound of Peace. The quest for power will never bring Joy. It will only bring anguish and frustration. But the voice for Peace within you will bring Joy and calm. Listen for it now. Put aside what you are doing and listen for the voice we so long ago made together. It brought you Joy then; it will bring you Joy now. Our voices created the Heavens and the Earth, mountains and valleys, all things. Look on the beauty we intended. Look for the grace and harmony. It is all there within you. Seek it now. We come now to a story. It is your story. In it I will reveal to you all you wish to ask about. The story begins in the Void where I was born. There is no way that time can reveal the nature of the Void. It is timeless. It is beyond words. There came a moment when I could think and forever passed again. There came a moment when what I thought became real. When I thought a star, the star became real, in my place. I thought many wondrous things, many you have yet to see or know of. Then a moment came when I thought a thought of another who could think, and Man came to be. I thought of a place for Man to play in and enjoy. Together Man and I thought of others who could think. And then a thought came that changed all things. It was a question, “Who am I?”. The thoughts which came next were of fear and power. I know not which came first. But, I saw an immediate change in all of the thoughts we had created. I saw where this must go, so I placed into each thinker the memory of Peace and Joy and oneness. If this is true, do you see now that you are all one with me? Do you see that we are one and the same? I am your father. I wish for your safety and Peace. I yearn for it. If you were the father of all mankind, would you wish each child Peace and Joy? Would you wish that some would be rulers over the others? Would you give some the right to kill others? Think, mothers and fathers, would you wish for one healthy child and one sick one, or would you wish for two healthy children? In this, I am no different than all of you. I wish for happiness for all of my children. Happiness is your gift from me. We made it together, you and I. Seek in yourselves and you will see this is true. Seek with an open heart and with a willingness to hear. Seek alone or with your brothers, but seek. I have placed a Peace within you which no ruler or fortress or weapon can grant. A fortress can keep an enemy out, but it can never keep fear out, and fear is the only enemy which can hurt you. Think, if you have no fear, who will be your enemies? If you have no enemies, will you be safe? When you know the answer to this question, you will truly be safe. How can it be that a God who wishes you only happiness and Joy permits war and sickness? I did not create these things; you did. I cannot stop you from thinking of fear. You can create as I can create. The process is the same, only the magnitude of the skill is different. If you wish to think of fear, I cannot stop you. NOR DO I WISH TO STOP YOU. I have placed the force for Peace within you. You may have it at anytime. You may also choose to have fear and sorrow and vengeance. It is yours to choose. I did not expect you to choose fear over Peace, but I love you. You are my children. I give you the world to be your home. I also give you the knowledge there is a choice to be made and you are the chooser. The choice is between fear and Peace, between light and the blocking out of light. How do you choose? Come home; I long for you. My Joy is not complete without your happiness. Is a mother happy if her child is sick or hurt? Is a father happy if his child is afraid and lonely? Nor am I truly happy without your happiness. Come let us seek Peace together. We begin again with a story. It is a story of timelessness and learning. It is my story and yours. From the earliest days we created more and more who could think. I because I thought some would come to know the truth. You because it is your way; it makes your world real. Do not fear; there is room for all of us. There are places you have not imagined; there are places you will marvel at. There is more than enough for all of us and billions of times more than all of us. Are we alone in the Universe? you ask. We are and we are not. There are no others like us. But, the Universe is us and we are the Universe. We can make it whatever we wish and so it can be inhabited by whatever we create. It is ours to enjoy; it is ours to glorify with our creations. There are those who are working to fill the Universe with strange and wonderful beings, even now. The Universe is our gift to ourselves. If you had a world all of your own, how would you fill it? Would you make a place of terror and fear or would you make a place of Peace and Joy? What is your answer? Think. Think now. If you have chosen a world of Peace and Joy, then why do you make this world a place of fear and terror? But, you answer, It’s not me who does this. Who, then, does it, if you do not? Do you not let your fears blossom? Do you not talk of fear and listen intently to the stories of terror? If you and all others come to value stories of Joy and Peace more than stories of terror and fear, do you think the news will not notice the change and change themselves? I do not create terror and fear, and there is no one but you and I here. But, again you protest, It’s not me; it’s the others who do this. I do not shoot people. I do not go to war. I do not rape and steal. This may be true, but do you love all people as you love yourself? Do you have those who have wronged you and whom you think should be punished? Do you wish another would have some misfortune? Do you hate those who hurt the defenseless, the children? How is this hate different from the hate of two armies going into battle? Can you imagine the armies that go into battle could do so if each individual in each army loved the other army? It could not be. Also, it could not be that the person who would hurt children could do so if they knew they were truly loved. But, how is it possible to love one who is so cruel? Do not love the acts of terror; love the person. For the person is you. It cannot be possible, you say. But, it is not only possible; it is so. The person who does these things is part of you and you are part of them.. You have agreed this will be so. You have not only permitted it; you have caused it. How can this be? You are special and they are scum, as you see it. But this is the farthest thing from the truth. You and the scum you see are the same, and it is your insistence that you are separate that forces him to do what he does and you to do what you do. You say you are separate, and to be separate, you must make others better and worse than yourself. They cannot be the same or you would not be different, so they must be better or worse. And for this to be so, you and they agree some will be great and some will be small. Some will be good and some will be bad, as you see it. But, in truth, you are all the same. Who gives “them” poverty? Who gives you fear? Who gives illness and who gives health? Think on this. Ask yourself now, who does these things? Now ask yourself, who gives Peace? We are at the beginning, so you do not yet accept that you are the giver of all you see and have the potential to give Peace. We will learn as we go. I have introduced you to an idea: you are responsible for all there is here on this Earth. You have made it a place of fear. If you can grant me even this possibility, then we have made much progress. Let us continue. The beginning is the place in a story or a journey where the stage is set, where the decision is made to continue or to go another way. Where will you go? Will you go into these pages with me or will you seek the safety of separateness and fear? It is your choice; I have given it to you. Some would choose the safety of the pit over the fireside with new friends. How will you choose? This book offers you only one thing—Peace. Are you strong enough to take this journey? Do not answer easily. It will require you to question all that you have known. It will require you to think. It may even require you to change. Can you do this? We begin again. Let us look now to the cause of crime in the world. What is crime but a pattern of things done? If governments condone crime, then how do they tell citizens to refrain from crime? Who is it who speaks out against crime? Is it the judges who release juveniles to commit crime after crime? Is it the countries who openly condone the sale of drugs to men, women, and children? Is it the parents who fail to teach their children discipline? Who is it who asks that crime be stopped? Is it the taxpayers who refuse to fund decent prisons or even enough prisons to hold those convicted of crimes? Is it those who make war on villages with great war planes? Is it those who bomb cities and make plans to bomb them again? Which of these is it who asks that crime be ended? Who is the criminal? He is one of us. He is no better or worse than we are. He or she is just doing as they were taught by us. They do not ask to be criminals; we teach them to be criminals. How can this be? Think, if you had nothing and saw a way to gain the riches so widely shown, what would you do? Not me, you say. Do you mislead others about your taxes? Do you report all crimes you see? Do you give your voice to those who ask for better jails and better education programs? Which of these things do you do? And yet you ask for justice and lament the crime in the streets. Do you know that your government, wherever you are, cannot long continue a course of action without your consent? You are the one who allows crime to be as it is. You are the one who causes it. You cause it by your apathy and your fear. What can you do? You can give the criminals places to learn right from wrong. You can teach them skills and aid them in finding real employment. You can treat them like the brothers they are. It will not be easy, but you can do it. You can speak out against crime wherever you see it. Speak out against all crime, not just the big crime, which is far removed from you. The big crimes are an outgrowth of a society condoning small crimes. Stop the small crimes and the big crimes will disappear. Do you wish to stop crime? If so, teach the way of Peace. Do you think the criminal is at Peace? Teach the children the hurt to them and to all of society that crime does. Teach them that crime steals more than goods and lives; it steals your Peace. With crime you can justify your fears. Stop crime and you will have stopped one more reason for fear. Next, you must deal with the criminal reasonably. He or she is one of us, no more, no less. Treat them as you would be treated, if you were in their place. Give them honor and remove their fear; it will work wonders. If you do not want to do these simple things, then do not cry out against crime. |
